2- Wrap the included tape around the pipe threads a few times.
3- Make sure the rubber washer is inserted into the back of the Serei.
4- Screw on your Serei manually until it's tight, and then you can use the wrench to turn it a bit more.
5- Let water run through the Serei for 1 minute before use.
How do I replace my filter?
1- Unscrew the housing. It may be tight, so make sure it's dry and you have a good angle. If it's up high, use a step stool.
2- Replace the old filter with a new one. Ensure the arrow is pointing down or away from the wall.
3- Screw the housing back together.
My water pressure is low, how can I fix it?
1- Remove the flow restrictor in the back of your showerhead (It's a small plastic disc). You can poke it out from the inside using something long and skinny. Make sure to re-install the rubber washer. If that doesn't fix the low pressure, or if there is no restrictor, go to step 2.
2- Try removing the filter and if that improves the water pressure, there is a blockage in your filter and we can send you a new one, just reach out to us.
My shower head is leaking. How do I fix it?
If water is leaking from where the showerhead screws onto the pipe
1- Make sure you wrapped the included tape around the pipe threads at least 3 times.
2- Make sure the rubber washer is inserted into the back of the Serei. It needs to make contact with the pipe to create a seal.
3- Make sure the shower head is screwed on tightly. Hand tighten it and then twist a bit more with the adjustable wrench until it feels snug.
If water is leaking from the housing
1- Make sure it's screwed together tighly. You'll need a good angle to get it nice and tight.
2- Check the o-ring inside the housing. It should be seated properly.
